Bottineau County

The Recorder acts as the custodian of land records in the county and is responsible for recording and processing of legal documents related to real estate.  

The documents include all variations of deeds, patents, plats, mortgages, assignments, satisfactions, releases, easements, highway right-of-way instruments, oil and gas leases, affidavits and various other documents.

Burial-transit permits and Wills are also filed in the Recorder's Office.
