CLERK OF DISTRICT COURT
The Bottineau County Clerk of the District Court is an appointed office. The Clerk of District Court is part of the North Dakota judicial system; performing administrative duties associated with the District Court such as maintenance of criminal and civil case records, updating the court docket and processing judgments. The District Court hears all felony criminal cases, domestic relations cases and civil cases. The Clerk also serves as passport agent.
